All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that shipping typically takes 8–14 business days after processing. This timeframe accounts for made-to-order production and delivery.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Meraki Wayy Co. products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or delivery delays within the stated shipping timeframe. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the made-to-order process and are considered normal. If your package is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we will assist with a carrier claim.
